Say the rental contract is for one year and the monthly rent is € 1,000 €. then the annual fee would be 9% of 12,000 € = 1,080 € plus VAT.

‘My house is in good hands’

Lilian manages my house in Quijorna (Madrid) since I moved to the Netherlands 4 years ago. I can´t return to Spain often to look after my house therefore, Lilian supports me in the sale and rental of the house. She helps me with arranging all necessary maintenance work. She creates the advertisements on the Internet, manages the viewings of the house and all contacts with potential buyers. With her enthusiasm she shows visitors the house and emphasizes the advantages of the house. She also drafted the necessary rental contract according to Spanish legislation. Everything is done in close consultation with me and it’s easy to stay in regular contact via email, telephone and Skype. Lilian speaks Spanish, English and Dutch. Her Spanish is especially important to me because my Spanish is not very good. She is competent and trustworthy and I see that my house is in good hands.
